Events and Activities Sponsored by the Health Partners Foundation

The Health Partners Foundation provides financial, material and parenting support to underserved residents in the Greater Philadelphia region. A significant portion of the funds raised from this employee-driven organization are dedicated to education. The following articles will provide a glimpse of some of the Foundation’s recent community outreach initiatives and how these programs have continuously touched the lives of Philadelphia’s most vulnerable citizens since the Foundation’s inception in 1999.
