Each year Health Partners develops Pay-for-Performance (P4P) incentives for our providers, based on specific initiatives to improve the health outcomes of our members.
In 2012, we have introduced Quality Care Plus, a consolidated incentive program for primary care providers. It's designed to recognize and reward your practice's performance all through the year. While ultimately benefiting our members, these incentives additionally give you an opportunity to increase the revenue to your office.
