Health Partners Named One of Top Ten “Best Places to Work” by Philadelphia Business Journal
Philadelphia, PA:
Health Partners, the nonprofit health plan serving Medical Assistance clients in Southeastern Pennsylvania, was named one of the top ten “Best Places to Work” among large companies in the Greater Philadelphia area by the Philadelphia Business Journal. The Greater Philadelphia area includes Philadelphia and the surrounding counties, as well as Gloucester, Camden, and Burlington Counties in Southern New Jersey.
In order to participate in the competition, at least 50% of the employees had to complete an online confidential survey. Survey results were independently validated by Quantum Market Research. Ten companies with 100 employees or less were honored, as well as 10 companies with more than 100 employees. Health Partners has over 400 employees, and placed seventh among large employers.
“This award is a testament to my colleagues. My coworkers thought enough of Health Partners as an employer to tell the Business Journal that this was a great place to spend their workday,” said Robert Tremain, President and CEO. “This award belongs to each employee for contributing to the unique “family” culture that distinguishes Health Partners.”
