Health Partners Number One in Member Satisfaction For Ninth Consecutive Year

Philadelphia, PA – For the ninth consecutive year, Health Partners is number one in member “Satisfaction with Plan” among HealthChoices plans in the Southeastern Pennsylvania region, according to the Pennsylvania Department of Public Welfare's (DPW) annual Consumer Guide. In addition, Health Partners ranked #1 in the state for “Satisfaction with Child’s Plan.”
“We work very closely with our members to offer the highest level of care and to equip them with the tools they need to become empowered participants in improving their health,” says William S. Results are based on data gathered by DPW and the plans through the Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (CAHPS®) survey, the Medicaid Health Care Effectiveness Data and Information Set (HEDIS®) and Pennsylvania Performance Measures reporting.
