	Yes You Can Lose Big and Be Well Yes You Can Lose Big and Be Well Health Partners Launches “Biggest Winner” and “Yes You Can” Programs at Concilio Philadelphia, PA – Health Partners recently hosted its first ever Biggest Winner nutrition program and Yes You Can testing event to empower its members to take control of their lives through health education and screenings. Both events took place at the Council for Spanish Speaking Organization of Philadelphia, Inc. (Concilio) in the Northern Liberties section of Philadelphia. The eight-week Biggest Winner nutrition program features weekly cooking and fitness demonstrations, health presentations and celebrity speakers, and focuses on giving participants the tools they need to reach and maintain a healthy weight. Classes are taught in Spanish and English. The next Biggest Winner session for Health Partners members will take place at Concilio from August 6 to September 24. Registration is required. Yes You Can provides at-risk Health Partners members with free blood pressure and diabetes A1C testing, helping them know their numbers and learn strategies to bring those numbers into a healthy range. At the most recent screening, 178 health plan members were tested. The next Yes You Can screening for Health Partners members is scheduled for May 29.
